There are now over 200 men, women and children infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS in Kitsap County. Because of the devastating effects of this disease, over 70 of these persons are living below the poverty level. The items below cannot be purchased with food stamps or other government programs because they are considered non-essential. We believe these personal care items are necessary for everyday life.
We consider them to be ESSENTIAL GOODS.
This collection enables these items to be included in the weekly food delivery provided by the Kitsap County HIV/AIDS Foundation. Thank you for making the quality of life better for those living with HIV/AIDS.
